Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. See our SLA for specific uptime commitments.

Invoices are due on the date indicated. Overdue accounts may be suspended per our billing policy.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time in accordance with the cancellation procedures in the portal.
